Sandare Ltd Meeting Room Booking Policies
Booking Procedure
- Reservations must be made through our online booking platform, via phone, or via email.
- Availability will be confirmed at the time of booking, whether made through our online platform, by phone, or via email.
- All bookings are scheduled exclusively in Cyprus time zone.
- Special arrangements must be requested via email and explicitly approved in writing.
Payment
- Payments are handled securely via Revolut and the payment process will be initiated automatically during the reservation booking process.
- Cash payments are not accepted under any circumstances
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled booking time.
- No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled booking time will not be eligible for any refund.
Refund Policy
- Refunds will be processed back to the original form of payment.
Permitted Use
The meeting room is intended to be used solely for business and professional purposes. Acceptable uses include, but are not limited to:
- Business meetings and presentations.
- Professional interviews and recordings.
- Corporate events and team collaborations.
- Podcast recording for business or professional purposes.
All activities conducted in these spaces must align with a professional setting and contribute to a respectful and constructive atmosphere.
Prohibited Use
To maintain a professional environment, the following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Any activity involving illegal, obscene, or offensive content.
- Personal parties, social events, or private gatherings unrelated to business purposes.
- Political, religious, or controversial content that could reasonably be seen as offensive or disruptive.
- Harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior of any kind.
- Excessive noise or any other activity that may disrupt adjacent spaces or other users.
- Commercial use of the space for personal gain without prior written approval.
Liability and Damages
Users are responsible for any damages or losses incurred during their booking period. Any associated repair or replacement costs will be charged accordingly.
Room Capacity and Usage Limits
The maximum occupancy for the meeting room is 6 people.
Setup and Cleanup Responsibilities
Users are responsible for setting up the space according to their needs and returning it to its original condition at the conclusion of their booking. Failure to do so may result in additional fees.
Technical Support and Equipment Usage
Facilities include a Smart TV that can connect to various devices and adjustable lighting suitable for professional recordings and presentations.
